The customer from Africa visited SEV

Recently a number of African customer came to visit our factory, seeking for project cooperation. The leaders and the relevant staff of our company accompanied the customer to visit the new plant and made detailed introduction. Based on the visiting, we reached a preliminary intent for bilateral business in the future.

Oneaction pneumatic forged ball valve are successfully manufactured

Oneaction pneumatic forged ball valve with high-pressure duplex solenoid valves have been completed by SEV and sent to construction site to customers. This kind of pneumatic ball valves, compared with other pneumatic ball valves, increase protecting factor of pneumatic action. It has two solenoid valve which will make the valve to meet working requirement if any one of them is connected, and one of them can still perform well while another one not works, this increases much of reliability of valve action on the pipeline.

3-Way Forged ball valves were made by SEV

Recently, the 3-way forged ball valves made for a Xinjiang gas field was successfully manufactured in our plant and sent to customers.

The new plant of SEV has been put into service

The new plant of SICHUAN SAIER VALVE MFG. Co., LTD. in Zigong industrial development zone has been put into use normally. Batches of valves had been manufactured here and exported. And our customers from Russia, Indonesia, Canada, etc had came to the new plant for visiting with good impression.

The ball valves with high-pressure decoking system made in SEV perform well

In early 2007, we made NPS6 Class2500 high-pressure pneumatic ball valves for decoking system of a Shandong chemical company. The customer reflect that the valves performed very well until now.

On the eve of the October 2008, a batch of 20 " Class900 ball valves ordered by a machinery import and export corporation were manufactured and sent to the overseas.

SEV passed the ISO9001 reinspection

From July 21 to 23, 2008, ABS quality evaluation company (ABS QE) reinspected our quality management system. Through examination and review, the ABS QE fully confirms that the whole process of our quality management is accepted according to reinspection requirements, the new ISO9001 certificate had been issued to us. We always adhere to the product quality from the very beginning of this company. The successful reinspection of ISO9001 proves that our whole process including designing, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service is correspond to ISO9001:2000 standard. All our staff will continue insisting the quality principal.

A new type of ball valve---Unibody ball valve is made successfully in SEV

In early September 2008, more than 20 pieces of unibody ball valves according to DIN standards for Taiwan customer were successfully manufactured. The valves successfully passed the on-spot inspection and accepted by customer with good comment. This means this new type of ball valve is developed by us. The valve is designed as fireproof, anti-static structure, blow-out proof stem design, and the design of ISO5211 mounting is convenient for customers to match easy automation. Compared with the ordinary ball valve, it with lower cost, without body leakage, it’s good to be used, instead of ordinary ball valves, in chemical petroleum and metallurgy industry which not require much for pipe cleaning.
